Every business is different. Pricing depends on the condition of your books, how many accounts and systems are involved, how much review is needed, and the level of support you want throughout the year.
Most businesses start with a Diagnostic Review. This gives me a clear picture of what’s working, what needs attention, and the best path forward. If you’re just starting out or already know what kind of training you need, we may be able to skip that step.

Monthly bookkeeping keeps your books current throughout the year so you know where your business stands. My goal is to maintain reliable financial records, answer questions before they pile up, and help you use your books to run your business.
Every monthly bookkeeping package includes coordination with your CPA or tax preparer when needed.

Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping
Need to get your books back on track? Whether you're a few months behind or several years behind, every cleanup project starts by understanding where things stand and creating a practical plan to move forward.
Because every set of books is different, cleanup projects are quoted individually after a Diagnostic Review.
Cleanup projects commonly include:

QuickBooks Training & Advisory Support
Training and advisory support are designed for business owners who want to feel more comfortable in QuickBooks, understand their reports, improve their bookkeeping workflow, or talk through questions about what their numbers are telling them.
Sessions are hands-on and based on your actual business, so we can focus on the areas that matter most.
