I offer flat-rate pricing for bookkeeping, cleanup, and training so you’ll always know what to expect. Quotes are based on transaction volume, workflow complexity, and the level of review or support needed, in addition to time spent.

Most businesses start with a Diagnostic Review so we can get a clear picture of what’s working, what needs cleanup, and how to move forward. If you’re just starting out or already know what kind of training you need, we can often skip that step.

Diagnostic Review

Pricing is based on the number of years and systems involved so the review is appropriately scoped.

Full Diagnostic – $950 1st year diagnosed, $250 additional years

Recommended for outdated or disorganized books, missing reconciliations, complex workflows, or any business preparing for cleanup or ongoing bookkeeping. This detailed evaluation includes:

  • Historical review of your books
  • Chart of accounts structure check
  • Reconciliation gaps and transaction volume review
  • Diagnostic review of external systems (POS, payment platforms, inventory systems), including reconciliation evaluation and data flow assessment (add $250 per additional system reviewed)
  • Clean-up scope summary & notes for proposal
  • Full onboarding included

File Review Option – $700 flat fee

For businesses with existing books that appear mostly current. This review confirms file health and readiness for onboarding. It includes:

  • Light review of reconciliations
  • Basic chart of accounts structure check
  • General file setup and account organization review
  • Confirmation of readiness for ongoing bookkeeping
  • Full onboarding included

Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping packages are flat-rated based on the size and needs of your business. We consider transaction volume, how many accounts need reconciling, and how much support you want each month.

Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping

Cleanup projects are fully customized based on how far behind things are and how many accounts need sorting out. Projects often include:

  • Rebuilding historical transactions
  • Reconciling months or years of data
  • Correcting prior-year entries
  • Chart of accounts restructuring
  • Vendor/customer cleanup

Most projects fall between $1,000 and $5,000
